Well it was a remarkable night in more ways than one.

The Middle was pumping with energy and ballsy anticipation for what was to be an epic night for allthe bands involved.  Melbourne had its hottest August night on record with gale force winds.  So all the lovely smokers outside, including myself that night,  were experiencing the wild weather inside and out.

We were on at the virginal spot of 7.30 as the doors opened but the queue was already lined up around the corner and eveyone streamed in looking to be entertained.  We had a wicked gig resulting in a fair few CD sales. So thanks to everyone who got into it, and who also pre-bought tickets to our gig at Ruby's this sunday.

Guzzler and Royal Parade kept the crowd in the groove along with the alcohol.  Tiem for the Angels and you couldn't move in the place.  What a class act!!!!!! Doc's voice was impressive indeed.  With all the years of going at it hard there was no dissappointment in the place.  They played for well over an hour with everyone chanting a clammering for more. The Angels delivered of course and by the end of the night we were totally exhausted.  Although hanging out with my good mates until 7am would prove otherwise.
